The Process Of  The Road To Eligibility

• First, the potential claimant calls for Interview, completes Pre-Qualification form or schedules a phone appt for initial review.

• A representative conducts a fact- finding interview with the potential claimant to make sure there is a scenario where a claim can be filed and approved.

• The team at USBG and its partners, VA Accredited representatives and Attorneys put together an in-depth plan proposal.

• An appt is scheduled to present the Strategy plan via zoom, phone call or in person. The plan is explained in detail of what steps could be taken to make an application to the VA either right away or in as fast time as possible.

• Once the claimant and their family agree with the strategy plan, we follow the steps that are clearly defined in the plan to get things in place to ultimately make an official claim to the VA.

• The team at USBG will follow the claim through the process helping respond to any requested information from the Veterans Administration.

• Once the claimant receives an approval letter from the VA they will send USBG a copy of the approval letter for our records and also agree to pass on our contact information, brochures or cards to any Veteran or Surviving Spouse they might know so that we can help them as-well.
